for a publicly traded Swedish corporation for $5.5M, and a large warehouse/showroom
facility in Zion Crossroads for a Pennsylvania firm for $1.35M, all 2010

on the Downtown Mall, the purchase of the D&R Development 4-building

on Water Street in CVL, the listing and sale of a prime downtown 7-figure
Medical facility, the 10 year 38,000 sf tenancy for the National Radio Astronomy
Observatory, and a variety of other significant commercial transactions in
and around greater Charlottesville including the purchase and sale of prime
commercial development parcels in Ruckersville and office building listings
and sales in several office parks in our area. Additionally, he helps

He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Charlottesville Community Jewish Day School. Additionally Bob has served two terms on the Board of Directors of the VPTC (Virginia Piedmont Technology Council), has served in the fund raising effort for the local chapter of the IRC (International Rescue Committee), has volunteered in local and international Habitat for Humanity building projects, and is a graduate of the 1999 Leadership Charlottesville Program.
