the Waterhouse development in downtown Charlottesville, the sale of a prime

for the National Radio Astronomy Observatory, and a variety of other significant
commercial transactions in and around greater Charlottesville including prime
commercial development parcels in Ruckersville and office building sales

Additionally Bob has served two terms on the Board of Directors of the VPTC (Virginia Piedmont Technology Council), has served in the fund raising effort for the local chapter of the IRC (International Rescue Committee), and is a graduate of the 1999 Leadership Charlottesville Program.
